The study, we use a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods to measure the influence of student characteristics on student satisfaction in online learning at College of Economics – Vinh University. Research results show that there are 4 out of 5 factors proposed in the research model affecting student satisfaction including: Learner–instructor interaction, learner–content interaction, learner–learner interaction; Internet self-efficacy.
