On the doctor's side, the relationship with the patient is a very important issue because the doctor's concern helps the patient better adhere to their prescriptions. Caring for the patient is also a form of promoting the image of doctors and medical facilities in the context of the increasingly liberalized medical profession. So, so far, what relationship patterns exist between doctors and patients? How does each of these relationship patterns bring social significance to care and treatment? How can these social relations patterns be used in social work activities at the hospital? Answers to the three questions mentioned above are the core content of this paper.
