The article explores factors affecting academic performance of students at Economics School - Vinh University in the context of the Covid -19 pandemic. Research results show that Motivation to learn; Family and society; Facilities; Training program create impacts on their academic performance. In addition, Motivation to learn has the strongest influence, and lecturers has the lowest influence on academic performance.
