Biomass culture of Nannochloropsis oculata, Dunaliella salina in this study is designed in two systems, which are closed systems have plastic tubes of 34mm diameter and plastic pipes and PVC pipes mounted on stainless steel frames to forming pipes water conduction, total system volume 300 liters. Plastic bag has a volume of 20 liters. The results showed that cultured algae reached the highest density of 105 million cells/mL and 49 million cells / mL, respectively. The algal biomass harvest by flocculation methods is that for 1 kg of concentrated algae, 420 liters of N. oculta will be required and 1492 liters of D. salina algae. By centrifugation method to collect 1 kg of concentrated algae D. salina requires 1389 liters and 350 liters of algae N. oculata. The total number of concentrated algae obtained by centrifugation is 69 kg, of which N. oculata 60 kg, D. salina 9 kg.
