How to limit the situation of students being bored with studying, own work during class, being lazy to complete homework and being distracted in class is a question being asked by teachers and even parents currentlly. The flipped classroom learning model is one of the teaching models that can help learners take initative, increase self-control, and encourage learning and collaboration, so this teaching model will be a suggestion for solving the question that posed above. In addition, chemistry with the characteristics of being an experimental science, it has a lot os content associated with real life, so it will be rery effective for teachers if they know how to use practial-related exercises in teaching. This article refers to how to apply the Flipped Classroom model in combination with a system of questions that have content related to reality problems in teaching Chemistry in high school in order to stimulate interest, enthusiasm and motivation for students to improve the effectiveness of online teaching in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
