The article mentions some theoretical issues on gender, gender education, gender education competence of teachers, etc. Gender education is broad content, in this article, we initially consider the structure and the evaluation criteria for gender education competence of teachers. The structure of gender education competence of teachers includes: General teaching competence and specialized teaching competence. General teaching competence includes organization, methodology and specialized teaching competence which is the ability to teach the foundation related to gender.
