The trend of international economic integration is taking place more and more deeply, so the
accounting industry market is also gradually globalizing. Moreover, the breakthrough in
technology such as Cloud Data, Big Data, Blockchain, AI technology is changing accounting
processes and activities, shifting from manual accounting to technology application trend. to
collect and process information for analysis, financial evaluation and business performance of
the enterprise in order to make appropriate strategic decisions. This article analyzes the
development trend of accounting and the requirements for knowledge and skills of accountants
in a competitive environment with high-quality labor resources in the world and in the region. At
the same time, the article also makes recommendations on training programs, training contents
and methods to create high-quality human resources to meet the needs of integration and keep up
with the development trend of accounting.
