Teaching programming for elementary students in the direction of competency approach

Computer programming is an idea which has practical significance, but it is not simple to have a programming method that is suitable for psychology and primary school level. Scratch programming language develops in an interactive and intuitive way to ensure the scientific, so it is suitable for primary school students. This article proposes some solutions to improve the teaching quality of Scratch programming language for primary school students in a competency-based approach.
