Teaching according to the flipped classroom model is one of the active and modern teaching methods, aimed at developing learners' capacity, first of all, the ability to self-study, proactively discover and create in solving problems. This article introduces the online teaching method and applies it to the flipped classroom teaching model in order to develop self-study capacity for teachers in regular training and retraining.
