Controlling state power in order to limit the state power corruption is an indispensable requirement in the organization and operation of the socialist rule of law state in Vietnam.In recent times, under the influence of the 4.0 technology revolution, along with the increasing trend of information globalization and democratization process, controlling state power by mass communicationis becoming an effective method of controlling state power. In Western countries, the mass communication is known as the new branch of power, the “fourth power” and the fourth tier of government; In Vietnam, mass media is gradually asserting its "position" in controlling state power
