This study aims to measure the impact of work stress factors on the performance of workers working in 11 automobile manufacturing, assembling and repairing enterprises under SAMCO Corporation. The author chose to take samples in proportion to the number of samples surveyed is 330 people. The proposed research model is based on the model of M.Kaveri and G.Prabakaban (2013) and the model by Allen (2011), then qualitatively studied to adjust the model.
