The fourth industrial revolution has changed the world of work. The “new world” of work or “Work 4.0” is driven by the Internet of Things (IoT) and by Big Data (Big Data), by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and by 3D pinting; Works are increasingly moving to the digital world, no longer tied to a workplace, work can be done via the Internet from anywhere in the world. This requires workers to regularly study and practice to take on and adapt to the world of work, so as not to be redundant and unemployed. Vocational education institutions need to change training content and methods to create high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of the labor market in the new period.
