The COVID-19 pandemic has comprehensively and deeply affected all aspects of life, especially in the field of trade and investment. Although, Vietnam is a rare economy that escapes the risk of recession, but it has also suffered heavy consequences from the pandemic. Therefore, the current pressing solution for the Vietnamese economy is to prevent the pandemic from spreading on a large scale, develop infrastructure and superstructure to attract investment, and support businesses to restore normal operations. Normally, restructuring economic sectors reasonably to create jobs for workers, implementing credit policies to stimulate demand, choosing suitable export markets to promote trade activities in the current conditions of the world.
