Applying knowledge into practice is the target of the teaching process. Biology is an experimental science with many contents associated with real life, health, food safety, environmental protection, biotechnology. In order to develop students' skills to apply knowledge into practice, the best ways are teaching going as a pair with practice, teaching through practice and teaching by practice. In this article, on the basis of definition, role determination, and the process of training students' skills to apply knowledge into practice, we propose a process to determine practical problems, a process to design a set of tools which helps practice the skills to apply knowledge into practice for students in teaching and some examples of applying processes in teaching Biology at high school.
