In the context of strong globalization and the specific characteristics of the golden population structure in Vietnam today, promoting the sending of laborers to work abroad is one of the practical policies to create jobs for local people. workers, contributing to the development of the country. However, the issue of employment after ending their working period abroad and returning to their home country has not yet been given due attention. Reality shows that returning workers from abroad face many difficulties in the process of re-integration into the local job market. The article focuses on clarifying the job search activities of overseas workers returning home, analyzing the difficulties as well as the factors affecting the job search activities of this group of workers.
