Communication and collaboration are one of the common competencies that need to be formed and developed for students at school. Nature experience activities are a compulsory educational activity in high schools aimed at educating students the love for nature and protecting nature. The paper presents the concept, structure of communication and cooperation competence; the relationship between the ability to communicate and cooperate with the activity of experiencing nature; the design process of experiencing nature. On that basis, the authors give an example for the design of a natural experience activity with the theme “Green Tourism”, grade 9.
