In recent years, the trend of training management towards accessing capacity has been and will become an urgent requirement for countries in the world in general as well as in Vietnam in particular. The CIPO (Context - Input - Process - Output / Outcome) model is one of the models applied by many developed countries to the capacity-based training management with high efficiency. The application of CIPO model in management of master's training in theory and teaching methods in Mathematics following competency approach is considered one of the important, necessary solutions to improve the quality of training Master of Math theory and teaching methods meet output standards in a new context.
