The article presents and analyzes the supervision model of using state capital invested in enterprises in some countries around the world and in Vietnam. On the basis of analyzing the advantages and limitations of the model being applied in Vietnam according to the current law, the author makes some recommendations to improve the efficiency of supervision of state capital invested in enterprises. industry in our country in the near future.
