Competency-oriented teaching is a teaching model aimed at maximizing learners' competencies, in which learners complete cognitive tasks by themselves under the organization and guidance of teachers. Through the teaching process, we find that the proportion of students with general competencies, professional competencies and learning results of IT is not high. The article focuses on analyzing the current situation of IT teaching in the direction of approaching competency in primary schools, thereby proposing some solutions for teaching practical content in Informatics subject to the orientation of developing learning capacity at Dinh Tien Hoang Primary School.
