The effectiveness of sex education for primary and secondary school students is determined mainly by the capacity of teachers. The article publishes initial researches on competency frameworks - criteria for evaluating the competency of primary and secondary teachers on sex education, it is the basis for teachers and administrators to be aware of the specific needs for sex education for students. The published results are based on Delphi - a research method with high significance, value and reliability.
