Aimed to selection of Trichoderma strains with high antagonistic activity for the purpose of producing bio-products to control Fusarium sp. and Phytophthora sp. causing yellow leaf - root rot disease on citrus, the study focused on evaluating the T. harzianum, T. asperellum strains on the ability to antagonizing Fusarium sp. and Phytophthora sp. and testing the effectiveness of selected Trichoderma strains on the control of yellow leaf disease-root rot on 1-year-old pomelo Daxanh. The results showed that 5 species of Trichoderma harzianum and Trichoderma asperellum such as T.haz.22.QH, T.haz.24.HS, T.asp.11.TT, T.haz.22.QH and T.asp.11.TT has very high antagonistic activity against Fusarium and Phytophthora with a PIMG index of 100%. The green house experiment on 1-year-old pomelos Daxanh determined that the Trichoderma strains T.haz.22.QH, T.haz.24.HS, T.asp.11.TT were effective against Fusarium sp. with the prevention effect of 77.28%, 71.17%, 72.86% and 2 Trichoderma strains T.haz.22.QH, T.asp.11.TT were effective against Phytopthora sp., with the prevention effect of 72.46% and 70.04% when treated with antagonistic fungi 7 days before inoculation of Fusarium sp. and Phytophthora sp.
