After the end of World War I, Versailles conference was held by the victorious nation in order to divide the world, re-establish order and security. In the Conference, “Shandong issue” was discussed and resolved, which had a great deal of influence on Chinese history. In this paper, the authors focus on the resolution process of “Shandong issue”at the conference above and its influence on the Wu Si movement.
