The 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam is an important political event, a milestone in the development process of the Party, nation and country. One of the important highlights in the documents adopted at the 13th National Congress is the affirmation of "Strengthening the building and rectification of the Party and a clean and strong political system". In particular, the issue of Party building on morality continues to be respected and raised. The article focuses on analyzing the importance and moral content of Party building in the document of the 13th Party Congress. From there, related to the practice of building the Party on ethics in the Party Committee of Vinh University.
