In this article, the authors propose some measure to develop the school education programs et primary school level to meet the renovation of general education pragrams in 2018: They includes i). Enhancing the awareness for the administrators teachers, and stakeholders on the importance and the need to develop the home education program primary schools meet the requirements of general education renovation; ii) Planning to develop the school education program at primary school level at the school and professional groups levels; iii) Developing process of developing primary school education programs accordance with the specific characteristics of each school; iv). Evaluating and improvement of the primary school education program to meet the requirements of renovation of general education in 2018; v). Establishing conditions to ensure the development of elementary school programs to meet the requirements of general education innovation in 2018.
