The students' ability to adapt and meet the practical requirements of general education after graduation can be considered as the "output standard" in pedagogical training. Practical activities in high school are an important pedagogical environment for students to practice and develop professional competence. Therefore, competency-based training needs to exploit the cooperation between pedagogical universities and high schools in skills training for students This article discusses some issues of training cooperation between pedagogical universities and high schools according to the competency approach in skills training for students and the necessary notes to enhance the effectiveness of this cooperation.
