In the face of the increasingly complicated situation of the COVID-19 epidemic, along with that, law violations related to epidemic prevention and control are increasing. Therefore, the timely application and issuance of regulations on penalties for administrative violations in the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic is very necessary to create a solid legal basis for handling violations, from thereby improving the effectiveness of the prevention and control of the covid 19 epidemic. The article provides a system of legal provisions related to the handling of common administrative violations in the prevention and control of the covid 19 epidemic; assess the current status of application of regulations on sanctioning administrative violations in the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic in Vietnam and propose some measures to improve the effectiveness of the implementation of regulations on sanctioning violations. administrative violations in the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic.
