This study focused on maximizing the extraction yield of total phenolics and total flavonoids from Jasminum subtriplinerve Blume leaves as a function of time (80 ÷ 120 min), ethanol concentration (50 ÷ 90 %), temperature (50 ÷ 70 oC) and solvent/material ratio (25/1 ÷ 35/1 mg/l). The data were subjected to response surface methodology (RSM), A Box-Behnken design was used to investigate the effects of four independent variables. The optimal conditions obtained from response RSM were 68% v/v for the solvent composition, 65 °C for extraction temperature, 33/1 ml/g for solvent/material ratio and 102 min for extraction time. The experimental values of total phenolis content (TPC), total flavonoid content (TFC) and Yield were 97.52±0.2 mg GAE/g, 11.81±0.05 mg CE/g and 9.44±0.04 %.
