Based on a survey of 90 international tourists who travelled to Tam
Coc - Bich Dong and secondary data, using LIKERT scale and EFA discovery factor analysis method, the study evaluated that international visitors are satisfied with the quality of service at Tam Coc - Bich Dong tourist area through 5 criteria: Accommodation service, food service, transportation service, entertainment service - prize security and order quality. From the above service quality assessment model, research has identified factors affecting international tourist satisfaction with service quality at Tam Coc Bich Dong tourist area. The results show that the entertainment and entertainment service factor has the greatest impact on the satisfaction of international visitors.
