In the context of global economic integration, expansion trade liberalization and negotiation of new-generation free trade agreements are becoming a new trend in international economic relations. In order to take advantage of this trend, Vietnam has participated in the process of signing new-generation free trade agreements. The participation in those agreements has created many opportunities and challenges for the economy as well as poses many problems to the law of Vietnam. The following article will focus on clarifying some issues about the new generation free trade agreement and its impacts on Vietnamese law, whereby the author focuses on analyzing some inconsistent points between domestic and international law and suggesting some requirements to improve Vietnamese laws
