The article analyzes the reality of investment projects in marine economy of Quynh Luu, Nghe An province. The results show that in the 2016-2020 period, the number of investment projects in the marine economy is 15 projects and the registered capital for investment is small, and FDI projects for investment are still modest. On the basis of finding out the cause, the authors give a number of solutions to increase the project investment attraction in marine economy of Quynh Luu district, Nghe An province. The solutions focus on innovation of investment promotion, improvement of investment environment, human resource development and preferential policies suitable to the conditions of Quynh Luu district and characteristics of marine economy.
