This study firstly evaluates the current state of Administrative Law teaching in higher education institutions in terms of the competency-based orientiation, the adaptability to new context, and the subject’s consistency. Some solutions are then proposed to innovate the content and teaching methods of Administrative Law. Those are initial theoretical proposals, suggesting for further researches to improve Administrative Law training, contributing to a modern and professional administration in the context of international integration
