The study aims to test factors affecting the efficiency use of ODA in constructing road transport infrastructure in Viet Nam. Using the least squares method (OLS) with econometric software SPSS the study points out 3 factor affecting the efficiency use of ODA in constructing road transport infrastructure in Viet Nam which are administrative management staff capacity, contractor capacity and financial capacity. Base on this result, the author propose several solutions to improve efficiency use of ODA in constructing road transport infrastructure in Viet Nam
