Dien - Yen - Quynh land is located in the North of Nghe An, created by nature for an almost separate territory. The name Chau Dien is not only in the district as today, but also covers a large area including 3 districts of Dien Chau, Yen Thanh, Quynh Luu (Nghe An province) today. All three districts share a large plain area, often called the Dien - Yen - Quynh plain. In which, Duong is one of the lineages that openly explored this land since the 13th century.
