Developing the competency of experiment teaching in the Natural Science subject for secondary school teachers is an urgent need in the context of fundamental and comprehensive renovation of education today. Developing a fostering program in accordance with practical needs is a condition to ensure that the training of teachers is effective. In this article, we propose the structure of experimental teaching competence and the process of developing experiment practice teaching competency for secondary school teachers of Physics, Chemistry and Biology to meet the requirements of teaching Natural Science in the general curriculum 2018.
