Higher education (HE) in our country has achieved many achievements in recent years, but in order to match its position, role, and meet social needs well, the issue of standardization of quality assurance and step by step meeting International integration should be in place and effectively implemented. One of the most urgent and long-term strategic issues that are of most concern to society today is to build an increasingly high-quality education to not only contribute to improving the intellectuals but also enhance the quality of Vietnam's human resources in the process of industrialization, modernization and international integration.
