There have been some recent researches on language delays in a number of fields such as Linguistics, Medicine, Psychology, and Sociology, which emphasizing the difficulty of the child in the process of receiving (understanding) language and/and process of expression (using) of language. However, the issue of language development delay in preschool children has not been studied adequately. In the scope of this paper, we provide an overview ofresearch that has examined the linguistic developmental delay as well as communication skills education for preschool children with language delays
