The influence of the media in the right to test State power in Vietnam

Controlling the state power is an indispensable requirement of the process of building a socialist law-governed state of Vietnam, and it is confirmed in the 2013 Constitution and legal documents. The question is to find appropriate control methods at different stages of society so that the control can be most effective. This study presents the theoretical basis of mass media, analyzes the current situation of the influence of mass media in the state power control and proposes some solutions to promote positive effects and limit adverse impacts of mass media in the state power control in Vietnam.
