Enhancing the effectiveness of the regular fostering program implementation for general education managers in the current context

Abstract: Vietnam education is making fundamental and comprehensive innovations in line with the general development trend of world education. In the innovative aspects of education in Vietnam towards improving the quality of teaching and learning according to the capacity-based approach, renewing the model of regular training and retraining of teachers, educational management offiials of secondary schools is considered a key step. For that reason, the article has focused on clarifying the theoretical issues about the continuing training of high school education managers in the context of education innovation and the fourth industrial revolution, proposing a number of solutions to improve the effiiency of the implementation of this managerial staff’s regular training program according to new requirements
