Abstract: Results of research on marine environmental quality along the coast of Nghe An province show that there is no big difference in the values of mechanical parameters (DO, TDS, turbidity) in February 2018 (rainy season) and August 2018 (dry season). The concentration of DO is relatively high (> 5 mg / l), the salinity of the water basins varies quite abundantly in space and time, maintaining at 7 - 32‰ depending on the location. The concentration of TDS varies depending on the salinity (from 8.3 - 39.6 mg/L). The concentration of N-NH4 nutrient salts (from 0.003 to 0.874 mgN/L), N-NO3 (from 0.009 to 0.301 mgN/L), N-NO2 fluctuates in a narrow range (from 0.003 to 0.142 mgN/L), while TN concentrations fluctuate in a large range (from 0.1 to 1.47 mgN/L). The concentration of N-NH4 and T-N in some places are high because these are aquaculture areas, areas with tourist activities and densely populated.
