E-learning training is an indispensable trend in order to enhance Vietnam's education quality. With the tradition of 58 years of pedagogical training, Vinh University has integrated and applied effectively this training method. This paper shares some experiences about E-learning background, the development of learning materials, the organization of teaching and technology for the deployment of E-learning training in order to improve the quality of the teachers and managers at general education institutions.
