Credit activities are the main profit-generating activities of commercial banks, however this activity always contains many risks. Therefore, credit risk management activities of commercial banks are always necessary and urgent. Based on a direct investigation of 488 subjects who are credit officers and managers at commercial banks in Nghe An province to collect data for analysis, based on the factor analysis model. analysis (EFA) and multiple regression analysis, this study focuses on forming a quantitative model of the relationship of customer factors, credit officer factors, and managers to risk management activities. Credit. Research results show that the influence of factors on credit risk management activities in descending order is: (1) Credit officers, (2) Customers, (3) Commercial banks . On that basis, solutions to enhance credit risk management for commercial bank branches in Nghe An province will be proposed in the near future.
