In this article, I present an overview of speech recognition, some recognition methods and research in Vietnamese speech recognition. Feature extraction technique MFCC (Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients), training method and SVM recognition (Support Vector Machine) applied to speech recognition problem. Perform training and digit recognition, and build software that can be integrated into existing high school grade entry software.
