Artificial neural network is the trend of many recognition systems, including image recognition, character recognition, etc. The researches applied to neural networks mostly yield positive results. This article presents an overview of artificial neural networks, convolutional neural networks, deep learning techniques and steps to apply deep learning techniques to image recognition problems.
