State management of ethnic affairs in Vietnam today

Vietnam is a multi-ethnic country. State management of ethnic affairs is the organized and legally regulated impact of state agencies from the central to local levels on the ethnic sector in order to create conditions for all ethnic groups in the world. Vietnam's territory is developing together. State management of ethnic affairs is a form of public affairs management of the state apparatus, with high power and organization, regulated by law, both universal and specific to the country. Using analysis and synthesis methods, this article will clarify the contents of state management of ethnic affairs in Vietnam in the current period.
