Currently, testing and evaluating student learning outcomes mainly stops at the level of knowledge reproduction without focusing on evaluating students' practical skills. As a result, a series of students who graduate lack practicality and are far from reality. Aware of that, Vinh University has initially paid attention to teaching, paying special attention to helping students develop skills and abilities in real life, in real contexts, and requiring students to graduate. Competencies must be demonstrated, assessed through tests and exams using real products.
