The Law on Management of Public Property No. 15/2017/QH14 was approved by the XIV National Assembly with goal of adequate and comprehensive management of public assets has increased the efficiency according to market principles; At the same time, it has improved the autonomy of agencies and units in managing and using assets in association with transparency and public supervision. However, the use of this resources at district-level administrative units still shows a number of inadequacies and limitations such as scattered management of investment process and procurement of state assets, unclear decentralization of management and use of public properties. The article proposes a number of solutions to enhance the management of public assets at districtlevel administrative units in Nghe An province.
