Recently, commercial banks have focused on applying digital technology to activities, bringing improvements and breakthroughs in diversifying products and services, meeting the increasing needs of customers. Collaborate deeply and extensively with financial technology companies to build a digital banking ecosystem to increase customer experience, expand market share, increase operational efficiency and management efficiency. Digital banks in Vietnam have formed and made new strides in providing new services on digital platforms. Based on the digital banking model approach, the article evaluates the current situation and proposes some solutions to develop digital banking in Vietnam.
