Currently, in Vietnam, most highways are constructed with asphalt concrete pavement, which is a popular choice for the country's infrastructural development. The quality of the finished asphalt concrete pavement for highways depends on many factors, such as the raw materials, the technology for producing the asphalt concrete mixture, the conditions for transporting the mixture, the process of its laying and compaction. The quality of asphalt concrete remains insufficiently high due to the limited use of automation in calculating the composition of the asphalt concrete mixture. The problems of operational management of the composition of the asphalt concrete mixture are not being solved in Vietnam today. This article is devoted to the quality management system of the asphalt concrete mixture at the output of an asphalt concrete plant (ACP). The work analyzes Russia's experience in constructing and using systems for operational control of the composition of asphalt concrete mixtures. Unfortunately, in Vietnam, access to data on the properties of components, technological process conditions and the quality of finished asphalt products is limited. In order to set the task, it is planned to use the experience of Russia in the synthesis of control systems for the asphalt concrete production process to achieve a mixture with a given quality. The purpose of the study is to determine the optimal parameters and factors that must be taken into account when developing ACS
