In the context of radically and comprehensively renovating education and training, high schools not only innovate teaching contents and methods, but also have to change awareness and behavior in organizing educational activities. education, including positive discipline for students. Positive discipline education is based on the principle that it is in the best interests of students, not to hurt the body or mind; create the best conditions for students to recognize their own shortcomings and practice, correct their own shortcomings, prevent school violence, contribute to comprehensive education of student personality, and meet the requirements of society. The survey results show that the management of positive discipline education for students in high schools, besides the positive aspects, still has certain limitations and inadequacies. In order to contribute to building a "Happy school" and improving the quality of comprehensive education in high schools, it is necessary to do well in the management of positive discipline education for students from planning, organizing, directing the implementation, testing, evaluation and management of conditions to ensure positive discipline education for students in high schools.
