The Covid-19 pandemic that broke out at the end of 2019 has so far left great impacts on the economy, society and people's lives in Nghe An province. The number of people infected and dying from the disease is constantly increasing. People's lives face many difficulties, especially mental injuries. Many people fall into a deadlock situation without knowing how to overcome it, so the need for emotional support is constantly increasing. That means that social work services to support individuals, families, groups and communities who are in difficulty due to the epidemic are more focused, cared for and sought after. However, in Nghe An, social work services to support people in the context of epidemics and disasters have not yet developed strongly, which causes difficulties for people in the process of accessing and using them. use these services. Faced with that situation, a number of solutions are proposed to help develop a network of social work services to better support people through the pandemic to prevent the worst consequences and help them adapt early. in the context of the epidemic to stabilize and build a better life.
